Region 304 - Important Information and Dates...

Thank you for your participation in our annual Oxnard Sports Festival.

Final Tournament results are now posted.

If your interested in registering for the 2012 Fall  Season of AYSO Region 304.

Please follow the steps below:

1.     Go to EAYSO.ORG –fill in player application and print out 3 copies.

 

2.     Mail with a check for $90. for 1^st 2 players, $45 for 3^rd and so on, made out to AYSO Region 304. Mail to:

 3481 West 5^th Street, Suite 106, Oxnard, CA 93030

 

3.      If returning player from 2011 season, nothing else is needed. If new or older player from another season, copy of birth certificate will be needed.

 

4.     Cut off date for early registration is April 30.

 

 

5.     Walk in registration date will be as follows: 

    Wednesday, May 23 from 6-8PM, 

     Saturday, June 2 from 10-2PM,

     Saturday, June 16 from 10-2PM,

     Wednesday, June 20 from 6-8PM. 

Price on these dates will be $110 for 1^st 2 players, $60 for players 3 and so on
